    • Option 2 (Chicken): The creamy “Ají de Pollo” (non-spicy) as the main course and a colorful “Causa Limeña” as the starter.

    • Option 3 (Meat): The classic stir-fried “Lomo Saltado” as the main course and a delicious “Papa Rellena” with salsa criolla as the starter.

    • Option 4 (Vegetarian): “Pimiento Relleno” filled with quinoa and organic vegetables with a fresh “Solterito de Quinua” as the starter.

    • 09:30 AM – Pick-up: We will collect you from your hotel to start our culinary adventure.

    • 11:00 AM – Pisco Sour Class: Before turning on the stoves, we will learn how to prepare and toast with our national cocktail.
