The best of both worlds: Inca history and farm life in one journey. On day one, explore the Sacred Valley your way: the classic tour with Pisac and Ollantaytambo, or the Super Sacred Valley tour with the weaving traditions of Chinchero, the circular terraces of Moray, the Maras salt mines and Ollantaytambo.
At the end of the day, you choose: spend the night in Ollantaytambo and head to the farm the next morning, or cross the mountains that same evening into the cloud forest of La Convención for dinner and a night with a local farming family.
On day two, you join the family in their coffee or cacao work and return to Ollantaytambo in the afternoon, where you can continue to Machu Picchu on the evening train.
