    • Day 1: Arrival in Puerto Maldonado – Sachavacayoc Farm

      • Reception: Welcome at the airport or bus terminal and transfer to our central office to store your main luggage.
      • Navigation: A 2 to 3-hour boat trip along the river toward the lodge. We will enjoy a box lunch on board.
      • Arrival: Check in at Sachavacayoc Farm and take a short rest.
      • Exploration: Introductory hike through the forest to recognize local flora (giant trees, vines, and medicinal plants).
      • Night: Night walk for spotting insects, amphibians, and potential mammals before dinner.
    • Day 2: Chuncho Macaw Clay Lick – Condenado Lake

      • 04:00 AM – Chuncho Clay Lick: Early departure upstream. We will have breakfast on board while enjoying the sunrise on the river.
      • Sighting: Visit the spectacular Chuncho clay lick, where we will see different species of parrots and macaws feeding on mineralized clay.
      • Lunch: Return to the lodge for lunch and relaxation.
