Day 1: Arrival and Introduction to the Rainforest

• Arrival and Reception:
• Upon arrival at Pto. Maldonado City, you’ll be welcomed by our guide or transfer team at the airport or bus station.
• Transfer to our central office in town where you’ll pack necessary items for the upcoming days, leaving main luggage in safe deposit.
• Introduction to your guide and briefing about the itinerary.

• Boat Journey to Finca Sachavacayoc:
• Navigate up the Tambopata River for 2-3 hours, observing wildlife along the way.
• Box lunch provided on the boat, with customizable options including vegetarian choices and cold bottled drinks.
• Exploration and Accommodation:
• Arrival at Finca Sachavacayoc, accommodation arrangements, and a short rest.
• Jungle walk with the guide to acquaint with nature and forest interior.
• Night walk to observe nocturnal creatures.
• Dinner: Enjoy dinner at the lodge.

Day 2: Chuncho Claylick and Condenado Lake Expedition

• Chuncho Claylick Excursion
• Early departure at 4 am for a 2-hour boat journey upstream of the Tambopata River.
• Breakfast served on the boat.
• Observing wildlife along the riverbanks.
• Visit Chuncho claylick to witness macaws and parrots.
• Return and Lunch: Return to the lodge for lunch and relaxation.
• Condenado Lake Exploration:
• Departure for Condenado Lake, approximately 1 hour away from the lodge.
• Paddle canoe excursion on the lake to observe wildlife and experience the jungle ambiance.
• Return to the lodge with a possible night walk for wildlife spotting.

Day 3: Departure

• Breakfast: Enjoy breakfast at the lodge.
• Boat Journey back to Pto. Maldonado:
• Departure for Pto. Maldonado with a 2-hour boat journey along the Tambopata River.
• Wildlife spotting opportunity during the journey.
• Transfer: Arrive at our office in town and receive full assistance or transfer for your scheduled flight/bus or hotel.
• End of Services:
• End of the itinerary with the completion of the transfer.
